I had heard about NLP, but never had tried it. I was amazed by the profound change in me from Lucy Knight's sessions. One of the changes that made me very happy was that prior to the sessions I had a bad habit of not getting enough sleep from staying up too late. I have a completely new image of myself in my head now from her technique that makes me want to go to bed early! I am happy and eager to go to bed on time now instead of being a night owl. It makes me feel really good about myself. It is surprising how we can let bad habits rule us and have short lived changes. It is a relief when something finally works!
