Della has helped me work through my grief and anxiety issues . Having lost my Husband, Mother and father within the last 4.5yrs… huge losses. My confidence and overthinking and grief journey was greatly helped by Della. Talking with her she really knew how to guide my prospective. Using her Strategies and excellent feedback and advice has helped me enormously. So easy to talk to.. 50 mins seemed like 15!

Della is a life saver, my anxiety has reached an all time high to the point it’s affecting my day to day life. I have only had 1 session with Della and already feel like I have a different mindset still a long way to go but I’m feeling positive about my healing and look forward to seeing della again.
