When I began working with Melanie,I was in a really sad, lost, negative and scared place. I kept repeating destructive patterns over the years due to the grief of losing my parents and I felt unable to cultivate my next steps into the new chapters of my life. I was scared where I was and scared to move on. Although that scared me, what was even scarier was not moving on, and losing more people that I loved due to my actions and inactions.I was ready to be me and believe in myself.

Melanie was the only person over the years I actually let down my guard and took my mask off too. Therapy at times felt raw, surprising, energising and deep. It was always compassionate, thorough, it went at a pace i was comfortable with and always professional. I trusted her and really felt listened to.

Since finishing therapy, my life has done a 180. I feel like myself, I trust myself and see my life in a more positive light. I will forever be grateful for Melanies work and therapy. She has helped me grab my life and live it. Thats a great feeling!
