5/5
Linda is funny, brutally honest and candid, intelligent , insightful, and altruistic ( as a result of her own experiences and her total interest in others - that , occasionally, at her own cost ; nevertheless, she accelerates once more and keeps trucking along regardless!)
The Tiggeresque ( aka Tigger in Winnie the Pooh) in her cannot resist a new challenge. She is irrepressible, even sometimes rather bonkers !
But don’t get me wrong . There’s also a deep Winnie the Pooh / somewhat also Charlie Brown side to her as well . She is clever , inventive , perceptive, reflective, and sensitive, with a gentle demeanor deep inside . She even , like Charlie , has a Snoopy dog named Vagabond .
So Linda is a perfect author for people who need help ( don’t we all !? ) as she really is so full of love for and understanding of humanity and all its complexities.
On the serious side , the book is very well organized , starting with Linda’s own sometimes heartbreaking and shocking experiences ( though oftentimes described in somewhat hilarious terms. )
It’s easy , because of its table of contents and format , to skim ahead and find information on some of the treatments Linda uses in her healing.
I am a Googler, and need to have answers immediately! However, Linda already provides answers in very readable format .
It is a book to keep and reread and use as a reference. And it is like listening to a good friend !
