I injured my index finger whilst drilling a piece of wood which I hadn't realised still had a screw in it...
After around 8 weeks, and a few physio sessions, it wasn't really settling, and was still easily 'upset' - the opportunity came up to try accupuncture...

Day four after my first acupuncture session and the improvement is honestly amazing; where doing things throughout the day would typically upset it, that just doesn't happen; and on day one the pain moved from the mid knuckle area to the big knuckle, and now that's easing off too- just a bit of a dull ache and tightness overall.
It's crazy; I've heard lots of people talk about acupuncture before, but to experience it first hand (literally ?) is honestly something else.
