Deciding to work with Meg has been one of the best, if not THE best investment I have made for myself. She holds space for you so beautifully with a blend of tough love, accountability and questioning things you’ve never thought of before. The blend of her coaching and my own therapy has honestly really pushed me this year to have made the most changes. I feel seen, heard, and loved.

Also if you haven’t been on one of her retreats, you’re really missing out!

I loved working with Meg. So much so that I've done it three times. Meg has the perfect blend of contagious energy and enthusiasm, together with the ability to pause, look you in the eye and say "really?" I thought I was going to Meg for career development, but ultimately left with the foundations (self-confidence, self-awareness and so on) underneath my career questions way, way, way stronger. I didn't go into the processes saying that's what I wanted, but it was absolutely what I needed. I have a huge amount to thank Meg for. Queen.

When I started coaching with Meg, I was stuck. I knew what I wanted but couldn’t get past procrastination. Through 1:1 and group coaching, Meg helped me uncover what was really holding me back and sometimes it was things I hadn’t even considered. Thanks to her, I’ve quit my job, started my virtual assistant business, and even began posting on social media (with me in the pictures!). I also ticked off a bucket list trip with a group of strangers, something I’d never have done before. Meg just gets it. She helps break down what feels like a huge problem into smaller, manageable steps that don’t feel as overwhelming. The group coaching was especially powerful, surrounded by people who really cheered each other on. I’d recommend working with Meg to anyone, whether it’s 1:1 or in a group. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve.

If you’re on the fence about working with Meg, let me save you some time—do it. Seriously, she’s like the fairy godmother of mindset coaching, minus the wand (but don’t let that fool you, her intuition might as well be magic). I came to her feeling like I was trying to run a marathon in quicksand, and within weeks, she had me realizing that I was the one holding the shovel. Who knew?!

Meg’s passion is infectious, her care is genuine, and her support? Unwavering. She somehow manages to make even the tough stuff feel like a cozy chat over coffee. And let’s talk about her intuition—this woman can see through your excuses like they’re written on neon signs. You can’t hide, but honestly, you won’t want to, because her warmth makes it feel safe to unpack all the baggage you didn’t even realize you were carrying.

Working with her has been like peeling back layers of an onion—except instead of tears, there’s laughter (okay, and maybe a few tears). She’s helped me spot the sneaky little unconscious blocks that were keeping me stuck, and now? I feel like I’ve been handed the keys to a shiny new life.

Meg doesn’t just help you dream big—she helps you live big. If you’re ready to stop surviving and start thriving, Meg is your person. Just be prepared to laugh, cry, and maybe ask yourself, “Why didn’t I call her sooner?”

I had the best time at a Joy Project retreat. I don’t know what it is about Meg, but all the loveliest people gravitate towards her. It must be her immaculate vibes.
I felt welcome from the moment I walked through the door and the activities were spot on, even though we had to arrange a different activity because of the weather.
The evenings after all the fun of the day were chilled and you could do what you like, but lots of people played card games or chatted.

I didn’t feel any pressure to do anything I didn’t want to, but I really wanted to join in, because it was such a great experience.

On my retreat we did indoor wall climbing, canoed to an island where we built fires and shelters, learnt fire making and did yoga and a mini hike. It was genuinely one of the best things I have done in 2024, and because I felt comfortable doing all the activities it inspired me to do more when I got home. It reignited my passion for the outdoors and for being adventurous.

I cannot thank you enough Meg, for giving me the space and safe environment to do that.

I wish I could give The Joy Project 10 stars!

If you're curious about finding out if a life coach can benefit you, then I urge you to get in touch with Meg.

My initial curiosity led me to booking a call and I then decided to have monthly 1:1 sessions. Meg has helped me in so many different ways. From setting boundaries to navigating career choices, I continue to be excited by my sessions with Meg as I always know I'm going to gain something great from them.

Meg offers a variety of client options including workshops, 1:1 sessions and retreats. Go check her out!

I cannot rate Meg and The Joy Project highly enough. Whatever you’re considering working with her on, do it do it do it!

I did her Take Messy Action course which was the starting gun to changing my life completely. The course made me dig deep and ask questions of myself, that though I couldn’t answer at the time, stuck with me and slowly changed the way I thought and made decisions. Meg’s course gave me the tools and confidence to start doing the work and asking difficult questions. The exercises were also available to dip back into long after the course was finished. She’s so good at creating a real community, where women (possibly for the first time in our millennial lives) start asking ourselves what we actually want, as opposed to should want, in a supportive environment where people thrive by celebrating each others successes - big and small.

Megs passion and talent for what she’s creating shines through and is contagious. A hundred billion stars ⭐️
