If you are looking for a counsellor in Ripon I would highly recommend Gemma Antcliffe.

Earlier this year I completed the People Pleasing Course and was very satisfied with the experience and I would highly recommend it to everyone who is struggling with setting boundaries. The course is a caring and supportive environment for you to learn about what has led to you becoming a people pleaser. It helps you become aware of when you are putting others needs in front of your own and helps you create healthy boundaries. Talking with others makes you feel heard and helps you come to some decisions about how to move forward.

The impact of this course on me has been dramatic with a number of people noticing it. The course really changed my mindset. Being aware of why I am the way I am has really helped. I am also using what I have learnt to see when I am starting to ignore my own needs in favour of everyone else's. I have set some boundaries, in particular at work, and I have felt empowered. As I am aware of how I got to be this way I am able to support my children so that they are able to set boundaries and consider their own needs as well as others.

Gemma Antcliffe has been a massive support with my anxiety and I would highly recommend her.

Such a lovely lady! She can discuss any subject & never leaves you feeling misunderstood or weird (which alot of people say I am..in a good way). She is a great problem solver .
