I can highly recommend Mayfield Osteopaths and in particular Emily.
I have had problems with my hand and foot recently and Emily has been absolutely brilliant in diagnosing, treating and resolving these issues.
She has a great deal of expertise and is also very caring and compassionate.

I would highly recommend this practise for their friendly, professional service and Emily for seeing me with a recurring injury.
Not only did she give very sound advice & management techniques but she addressed other issues I needed to review with my GP.

I would just like to highlight to anyone who may not know, that not only do we have a brilliant osteopath in Mayfield (Laura at Mayfield Osteopaths) but also an awesome reflexologist - Nikki - within the practice.
I went to see Nikki following on from some pretty harsh treatment, and was just trying to ensure that I took some time out for relaxation and healing. Nikki was entirely empathetic and understanding and sorted out some niggles that I didn't know reflexology could address. I have had 2 sessions so far, and intend to make this a regular thing, such are the benefits.
I had never realised that the practice had a reflexologist ?.
It's really important that we highlight and say thanks to local businesses, so thank you Laura and Nikki.
