I was quite anxious at the start of my first ever Past Life Regression session but Jane is very warm and empathic so she made me feel very comfortable before she regressed me. Her voice is very calm and soothing so it was very easy for me to go into hypnosis.

During the session, Jane guided me through the various scenes I visited in different lifetimes and asked me questions which really helped me get a deeper understanding of what I was feeling. Through the regression, I was able to understand what beliefs I had formed in past lifes that was still blocking me today. This is really invaluable for me as I have been able to unblock these blocks from my subconsious mind and I can now feel a real lightness.
