1st time there today. Very nice guy,he asked some questions at first then carefully pinpointed points in my back causing me problems and done several corrections, the relief I got from the corrections made is almost over wealming. Approx 10 months iv been in pain everyday with my job...Will be going back to reveiw how I heal up in about 10 days time. Currently resting with an Ice pack. What a great job that must be to relieve people of there pains.im very grateful 🙏 🥲

Have had a herniated disc since September had so many specialists look at my back got highly recommended by someone else with similar problem to come here and my first session was tonight and what a difference this has made to me very professional and knows exactly what he’s doing walking so much better and very good after care advice can’t recommend enough

Nadhiir helped me initially for a bulging disc that was causing me to have pins and needles and lots of pain. He is incredibly attentive during the assessment and always knows where the issue lies. His techniques are highly effective and I have been so pleased with the outcomes I have referred several others to him, knowing they will literally be in safe hands. I also find the online booking process incredibly straightforward and very helpful for those of us with an irregular working week.

I’ve had Cervicogenic headaches for over 15 years and been to a handful of different people for help to no avail. 1st care Found three problems and made adjustments in my first session and I’ve been getting better ever since with occasional follow-up Appointments. I can’t rate this company high enough . There is ample free parking, it is Clean Welcoming friendly and You will be looked after by the Best.
